Amir Mahajer, DO, FAOCPMR, CAQSM is the Founder and President of Osso Health and the Founder of Masters Athlete Medicine — a pioneer at the intersection of Interventional Pain and Sports Medicine. His rare combination of precision diagnostics, regenerative therapies, and performance-driven care is transforming recovery for athletes and active adults who refuse to slow down.

Karolina Euqueres
Karolina Euqueres serves as Senior Research and Clinical Coordinator at Osso Health, where she supports Dr. Mahajer across clinical operations, patient coordination, and active research initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience and a Bachelor of Arts in Natural and Applied Sciences from Florida International University, and conducted research at the University of Miami investigating deep brain stimulation for spinal cord injury rehabilitation. Her background bridges the laboratory and the clinic — she brings scientific fluency, organizational precision, and genuine attentiveness to every patient and study participant she works with.
