Dr. Amir Mahajer is a nationally recognized expert in nonoperative spine care, with a distinguished career spanning leading institutions. His unwavering commitment to advancing the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation is reflected in his extensive academic and professional achievements. Dr. Mahajer is double board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine, alongside fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management.
Dr. Mahajer has been honored with numerous accolades, including being named among Florida and New York’s Top Doctors, as well as Rising Stars by New York Times Magazine and a Top Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist by America’s Best Doctors. His significant contributions to medical literature and his dedication to improving spine care have solidified his standing as a leader in his specialty.

Enzo Valentino
Enzo Valentino is a beloved and loyal companion. Born as one of nine puppies in the International Winter Litter, Enzo's journey began when his mother was rescued from the Appalachian region. He was adopted through the East Coast Canine Rescue, a non-profit organization dedicated to giving dogs a second chance.
Enzo has undergone extensive training, including Canine Good Citizen and Service training. Known for his gentle temperament and intelligence, Enzo brings joy, comfort, and pawsitivity to those around him.

Valerie Rotunno
Valerie Rotunno began her career in healthcare administration in 2011. She is a dedicated Medical Administrator with a diverse background in healthcare operations, patient experience, and clinical staff coordination. With extensive experience in managing day-to-day administrative functions, Valerie excels at optimizing workflows, improving efficiency, and fostering a collaborative environment between medical professionals, support staff, and patients.
Passionate about patient-centered care, Valerie works closely with clinical teams to enhance clinic workflows, streamline processes, and ensure that every patient receives high-quality care. Her expertise includes compliance management, budgeting, staff training, and implementing innovative solutions to improve patient satisfaction and operational performance.

Paz Criado
Mrs. Paz Criado is an experienced financial professional providing commercial private banking services to entrepreneurs and their companies, private equity firms, families, and their other trusted advisors, all with a superior relationship experience. Her 18-plus years in commercial and personal banking include financial analysis, loan structuring and underwriting, asset/risk management, asset disposition, and depository management.
She joined One Florida Bank in 2024 following more than 4 years at Fieldpoint Private where she was instrumental in the establishment and growth of the bank’s commercial lending and deposits, and improvements in its operations, portfolio management, and underwriting. Prior to that, Mrs. Criado served as a senior commercial banker for Regions Bank.
She is a member of the board of CREW Orlando and the Leadership Committee for the 2025 Orlando Visionary of the year for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Hamid Haqq has over 16 years of experience in the medical device industry, specializing in both Interventional Spine and Neurovascular technologies. Based in South Florida, he has built a reputation for driving innovation, delivering high-impact sales strategies, and advancing patient care through cutting-edge medical technologies.
For over a decade, Hamid played a pivotal role at Stryker, where he earned multiple awards for his outstanding performance in the Interventional Spine market. His ability to develop strong physician relationships, navigate complex sales processes, and implement strategic solutions led to his continued success.
Three years ago, Hamid transitioned into the Neurovascular space, focusing on stroke intervention technologies, where he continues to drive growth and market expansion. His passion for improving patient outcomes and advancing medical innovation remains at the core of his work.

Helen Mackey
Helen Mackey, CMO | President | Division GM Private Equity | Fortune 500 Executive, is a senior executive leader in the beverage, luxury, and hospitality industries. She currently serves as President of TruRoots, a $200MM subsidiary of Nexus Capital, where she leads the food service division and new product development.
Previously, Helen was CMO and SVP of Marketing at Darden Restaurants, overseeing five fine dining brands with 250+ locations and nearly $2B in sales. She also served as VP of Enterprise Beverage Strategy, managing innovation, supplier relationships, and brand operations. Before joining Darden, she held leadership roles at Ruth’s Hospitality Group and Diageo.
Helen holds a bachelor’s from Columbia University and an MBA from Rollins College. A recognized industry leader, she has received multiple Wine & Spirits awards and is a sought-after public speaker. She is the proud mother of two boys, an avid traveler, and a wine and food enthusiast.

Ken Rosenfield
Ken Rosenfield, CPA, is a seasoned financial expert and business leader with over 40 years of experience in automotive retail accounting and public accounting services. His career began at a national CPA firm in Denver, where he developed a passion for the automotive industry, working with 500+ dealerships nationwide, including some of the largest auto retail groups. A former dealership and warranty company owner, Ken has also served on multiple industry boards, shaping best practices in automotive finance.
Since founding Rosenfield & Co., PLLC in 1996, he has expanded the firm from a sole proprietorship to one of Central Florida’s largest CPA firms, with offices in New York, New Jersey, Texas, and California. A renowned speaker, expert witness, and published author, Ken is deeply committed to charitable and educational initiatives, supporting scholarships, symphonies, and wildlife conservation. In his free time, he enjoys scuba diving, boating, and music.
